Congressman Sutton says he is unsure of the president’s overall message
Congressman Maria S. Sutton (D-OH) felt the response that the President got regarding immigration was “interesting.” She added that she felt that the speech was “all over the place,” and that she would have to go back and re-read it. (:28)
