Ambassador Raphael says that Pakistan needs exit polling during election
Ambassador Robin Raphael says that Pakistan needs some form of exit polling so that people have and idea of what credible results of the election would be, and that they need an election commission to address complaints and be responsive to allegations of manipulation of the election process.
