Bhutto assassination may help or hurt Musharraf, depending on his response

Brian Katulis, a senior fellow for national security at the Center for American Progress, says that Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf may increase his popularity in Pakistan through his response to the Bhutto assassination, but he may also lose popularity if he uses it as an opportunity to grab power.
