Hanken, a former detainee of Sadam Hussein says her allegations on Iraqi troops in Kuwait were ignored and there was a chance she would be under investigation. Given her experience, she will not recommend blowing the whistle on fraud and abuse to the U.S. Department of Justice. (1:05)
