Dr. John Bassett, President of Clark University in Worcester, MA testifies before the Education and Labor Committee on Barriers to Equal Educational Opportunities: Addressing the Rising Costs of a College Education
Dr. Bassett describes cuts colleges must make that impact quality and predicts a tipping point that will lead to a negative impact on revenue. He calls for a partnership between public/private colleges and universities and the federal/state government. (:58)
