Committee Chair Senator Ted Kennedy refers to an unpublished paper Holsinger wrote on homosexuality in 1991. Kennedy explains the paper doesn’t accurately reflect the science available at the time and it used some references to pad the bibliography. He raises the question of how the paper reflects on the nominee. (0:52)
