Congressman George Miller (D-CA) says that the key goals in amending the No Child Left Behind Bill must ensure the accountability of the schools in every child’s education. They will include fair education for all races and socio-economic backgrounds and the use of growth models to track every child’s progress to facilitate teachers and principals in schools. (0:58)
