CNN Debate Spin Room: Luis Navarro, campaign manager of Sen. Joe Biden (D-DE), raves about how well the senator did despite of the time that he was given to speak during the debate
Navarro refers to Sen. Chris Dodd’s (D-CT) campaign Web site, which posted the amount of time each candidate received. He said that Biden was given a third of the time that frontrunners, Sens. Obama and Clinton, were given. (0:30)
