Senate subcommittee hearing raises questions and concerns about foreign aid reform

Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ) presides over a hearing regarding the Bush administration’s approach to foreign assistance reform. Menendez states his intention that the administration should make changes to the reform process itself and expects them to hear suggestions made by his subcommittee.
