The G8 meet later this summer and global warming is one of the key issues to be looked at. CSIS held a discussion today that explored the possibilities.
Julianne Smith, director and senior fellow of the Europe Program at CSIS, thinks that while the US and EU had a great start at the most recent EU summit differences between opinion (US and technology, EU and regulation) will slow progress. (1:00)
