Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) spoke after a Democratic Caucus meeting today about the rising prices of gasoline nationwide.
She states that the average this past weekend of $3.07 per gallon was a record high and that with summer driving on the horizon it will be the consumer paying for the Bush Administration’s failed policies concerning big oil. (0:43)
