Sen. Byron Dorgan (D-ND) says that the political misuse of the General Services Administration by Administrator Lurita Doan is "wholly inappropriate" and is an example of example of politics in the wrong time in the wrong place," at the News conference to discuss the political misuse of the General Services Administration.
