Martha Neff Kessler, member of the panel at the discussion about Syria at the Middle-East Policy Council talks about the reason for some Syrian actions and their attitude towards America.

Kessler tells us that sometime ago Syria came to believe that Washington was not only intending to isolate but also try to re-shape Syria like they intended with Iraq. Syria believes it is on a White House hit list together with the Iranian government. This conviction is the driving force behind some of Syria’s actions. (0:29)
