Chairman Henry Waxman (D-CA) announces his difficulties of getting Secretary of State, Condoleezza Rice, to testifying before the committee, in the House Oversight and Government Affairs hearing.

Chairman Waxman states that he has been trying for four year to get Sec. Rice to testify before the committee. She has not given a date when she will testify and believes that the committee should be satisfied with the partial information that was submitted to other committees. (0:55)
