Ambassador Andrew S. Natsios, the President’s special envoy to Sudan, describes how the southern part of Darfur/Sudan’s infrastructure is improving while the northern part is falling behind, before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
Ambassador Natsois states that the CPA, Comprehensive Peace Agreement needs to be implemented and that it is crucial for President Omar Hasan Ahmad al-Bashir to realize this to be able to stabilize Darfur. (1:44)
