Wesley Wannemacher, victim of credit card debts, explains his problems with the Chase Bank USA and his family’s continuously raising debts, to the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee.

Wannemacher states that from 2002 2004 he had try to make payments to Chase, and when he and his family move back to their home town and tried to set a deal with them paying the original debt. (0:58)
