Sen. Edward Kennedy (D-MA), chairman of the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee, talks about the need for help at many schools, at the hearing about the No Child Left Behind act.
Kennedy says that schools need help and says that the NCLB act is built upon that every child counts. He continued by saying that we can’t abandon the hope of the Brown Vs the Board of Education , to provide a quality education for all children to go unrealized.(0:25)
