Rep. Ramstad sais that expanding access to treatment is cost-effective, and that empirical data shows that equity for mental health and addiction treatment will save billions of dollars nationally while not raising premiums more than one percent. (0:28)

Fine, Inspector General for U.S. Department of Justice, during the hearing on the FBI’s use of National Security Letters and Section 215 Requests for Business Records before the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence on how the Department of Justice determined that these misuses weren’t intentional and whether any laws were broken. »
