Gov. Bill Richardson (D-NM) announces that he is a tax cutter and funding to proper education and healthcare is important. He states that as a governor is crucial to balance the budget, at the IAFF Presidential Forum 2008.
Gov. Richardson states that he want to creating new good paying jobs where the company’s get tax credit, as he have done as a governor in New Mexico. He states that the economic growth should not only be in the industrial areas, but also the rural. (1:09)
