At today’s hearing about the No Child Left Behind Act the Ranking member of House Education and Labor Committee, Rep. Howard "Buck" McKeon (R-25th CA) talks about some of the (positive) consequences about the No Child Left Behind act.
McKeon says that the achievement gap in schools is about to be closed and also says that for the first time, our nation is committed not to leave a child behind. (0:22)
