Special Inspector General for Iraq reconstruction Stuart W. Bowen, Jr. says that while a lot of things were accomplished in Iraq, people just don’t hear about it.
During the Review of Iraq Reconstruction Oversight hearing, Special Inspector General Bowen points out that the people’s opinion of U.S. having done little in terms of reconstruction in Iraq isn’t an issue of having contractors, but rather of getting the word out. (0:30)
