Jane Randel, Vice President of Corporate Communications, Liz Claiborne Inc., says that one in three teens reported their partners checking up on them 10, 20 or 30 times an hour.

In her statement during a press conference to announce a launch of love is respect.org and the National Teen Dating Abuse Hotline, Randel states that 24 percent of teens communicate their partners hourly between midnight and five a.m. (1:00)
