Dr James Hansen, Professor of Earth and Environmental Sciences at Columbia University is not very optimistic of a solution to the global warming problem at today’s discussion "Global Warming: Connecting the Dots From Causes To Solutions"

Hansen says that he thinks that it will be hard to find a solution to the global warming problem until true campaign finance reform takes affect and special interest does not have such a big affect on policy makers.(0:34)
