Americans United for Change’s Lucinda Guinn states that every 23 minutes a worker is either fired or discriminated against due to their Union activity.
Guinn, in her statement during a conference call briefing to urge members of Congress to support the "Employee Free Choice Act," points out that workers end up being fired in a quarter of private sector union organizing campaigns. (0:18)
