According to Dmitri Trenin, senior associate and deputy director of the Carnegie Moscow Center, Russia believes that there is a possibility of Iran not having nuclear weapons.

If Iran has an incentive to work with the international community on certain works, Russia feels a compromise could be reached that would prevent Iran from having nuclear weapons. (0:21)
