During her speech at New America Foundation’s "Ten Big Ideas for a New America," Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-NY) states that partisanship is a part of Democracy.
However, she goes on to say that we should try to eliminate partisan gamesmanship and narrow the partisan differences. (0:33)
