During a Judiciary Subcommittee Hearing "US-VISIT: Challenges and Strategies for Securing the U.S. Border," Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX) states that DHS has indicated that its Entry Program has been beneficial in identifying criminals.
The DHS also needs additional personnel and resources to improve the current entry process. (0:35)
