Talk Radio News Service asks Jack Rice if there is anything else that we should know about Bob Gates.
Rice says if President Bush doesn’t give Gates the authority to make changes in Iraq, the shift in leadership would only be a paper change to make it appear that things will change in the Department of Defense when they will really stay the same. (0:45)
