Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld defends remarks made by Gen. George Casey in what he characterized as exaggeration on the part of the press.

Sec. Rumsfeld says that Casey did not imply that there will be increase in troop levels in Iraq. He said Casey simple stated that it is a possibility, just as it is a possibility for the troop level to decrease or stay the same. (0:28)
