Doug Chapin, Director of electionline.org speaks on voter possible voter disenfranchisement in states with voter identification laws.
Chapin adds there is no evidence of large amounts of voter fraud or disenfranchisement among voters and that the 2006 elections will help clear up either claim. (0:52)
