United States Commerce Secretary Carlos Gutierrez talks about the current growth in America’s population.

Gutierrez says that from between 2000 and 2004, the U.S. total population grew by more than 12 million people, 44% of whom are immigrants. He adds that while this gives the U.S. an opportunity to take advantage of this, "we need more leadership than ever. (0:56)
