General James Jones, who is currently serving as the U.S. European Commander and the NATO Supreme Allied Commander Europe addressed reporters at the Pentagon Thursday.
Gen. Jones states that the NATO countries are going to understand the threat of terrorism, as the United States sees it, and relays that the reason that NATO was created in the 20th century is to provide collective security. (0:44)
