Sue Lackey, Talk Radio News Service Middle East Analyst, gives an update from Beirut, Lebanon.

Lackey reports on the conditions in Lebanon and states that "when a cease-fire failed to materialize many Lebanese made plans to leave the city." As of yesterday, the Israeli air strikes have left the "villages in the South of Lebanon in flames." (1:56)
