Steve Bradbury, acting assistant Attorney General, tells to Senator Joseph Biden (D-DE) on that "the world we live in is a dangerous place, it’s not happy valley," at the Senate Judiciary Committee for Detainee and Enemy Combatant Legal Rights.

Bradbury states that the President has done his been best to avoid another major terrorist attack as Senator Biden argues that the President, "has been so wrong on so many times, on so many things, so consistently," and that his judgment has been "terrible on Iraq." (0:54)
