Senator Hilary Rodham Clinton (D-NY) introduces the Paycheck Fairness Act to people at the WOW! Facts 2006, Celebrating Diversity-The Changing Demographics of America.
Senator Clinton informs that the Paycheck Fairness Act "builds on the promise of the 1963 Equal Pay Act," and remarks that last March she introduced a "tool" for young women in the workforce called "Know What to Ask, and Know Your Rights." (1:00)
