House Homeland Security Committee speaks on amendments to bill H.R. 5695, the "Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Act of 2006."
Rep. Loretta Sanchez (D-CA) says there is "a lot of flexibility in this bill" before commenting on the section of the bill pertaining to privacy rights for company whistle blowers. (:27)
