Christopher Hill, Assistant Secretary to the Bureau of East Asian and Pacific Affairs addresses the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
Hill believes that China was "bothered" by North Korea’s missile launch on July 4th, saying "China has been extremely generous to North Korea and they asked for one simple thing and which was ‘don’t fire those missiles’ and the North Koreans ignored them." (0:38)
