Senator Grassley asks Matthew W. Friedrich, Deputy Assistant Attorney General, if "the Bureau’s attempt to obtain Jack Anderson’s papers by convincing a 79-year-old widow to sign a consent form that she says she did not fully understand," was appropriate. (0:36)
