President Bush remarks on comprehensive immigration reform, stating that in order to help border patrol do their job they need the best technology.
President Bush says that "we’re going to create a virtual fence that employs motion detectors and infrared cameras and unmanned aerial vehicles to protect and prevent illegal crossings." He says that it is only with the best technology that border patrol can be effective. (0:46)
