Colin Powell refutes an incisive comment/question, which accused him of providing false intelligence while he was Secretary of State relating to the situation in Iraq prior to the Iraqi War. Powell’s remark, "you can shake your head till it falls off," refers to the reporter, who was shaking his head from side to side refusing to believe Powell’s rebuttal (0:33).
