Commander, Multinational Force Iraq, Gen. George Casey responds to a question on his opinion of a fixed timetable for troop withdrawal from Iraq.
Casey says that he would feel that it would limit his flexibility, provide the enemy with an advantage and send the wrong signal to the newly formed Iraqi government. (0:17)
