Remarks by the President on the Global War on Terror: President Bush talks about the new tax cuts.
President Bush says that by reducing taxes for the individual, the government is also reducing taxes for small businesses. He says that this is important for the economy because small businesses "create 70 percent of the new jobs in America" (:34).
