President George W. Bush says during a press conference with Rwandan President Paul Kagame that they are taking the Marine murder allegations seriously.

Bush says that he is troubled by the news stories alleging that Marines murdered Iraqi civilians. He also says that if investigations prove that laws were broken, there will be punishment (:56).
