Director of the Central Intelligence Porter J. Goss says during a press conference to announce his resignation, that the Central Intelligence Agency is achieving the President’s goals.

Goss thanks the President for his support, and says that the nation’s intelligence capabilities are improving. He also says that the United States is safer due to President Bush’s efforts (:27).
