Congressman Xavier Bacerra (D-CA), at a Congressional Hispanic Caucus press conference on the Senate immigration bill, says that the Republicans are flip-flopping on immigration.
Bacerra says that the Republican Congress has previously failed to fund the request for border control agents that were greatly needed. He says there is a lot of inter-fighting amongst Republican leaders, and he hopes they will come together on comprehensive immigration reform (:28).
