Congressman Jim Langevin (D-RI) says, in a hearing before the Subcommittee on Intelligence, Information Sharing, and Terrorism Risk Assessment, that federal information sharing has been incomplete.

Langevin says the most important aspect of file sharing is to get public enforcers the information they need. He adds that most local and state law enforces are dissatisfied with the level of communication they have had with the federal government, and the Department of Homeland Security in particular.
