At the Working 2 Walk Rally in Washington D.C. Senator Hilary Clinton (D-NY) says funding should be increased for the National Institutes of Health and the Centers for Disease Control.

Clinton reports that last year, the current administration and Congress cut the budget for the National Institutes of Health for the first time since 1970. She also says that the proposed budget for 2007 reduces the funding for health centers even further (:55).
