Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) asks Michael Hayden "how can the American public be confident of the accuracy of estimates regarding Iranian plans and programs?" Hayden responds that the CIA must "earn confidence by our performance" and goes on to describe why the same mistakes will not occur again. (0:45)
