White says that Americans have been overcharged millions of dollars for the hurricane relief efforts, and some of the companies contracted to maintain FEMA travel trailers are making little attempt to do the work. White also reveals that this experience with FEMA is "extremely personal" to him because his family lost everything in Katrina (:34).
