At a press conference, President Bush says that Sudan is attempting to cease the genocide with a peace agreement.
President Bush says that Darfur has a chance to start anew. The main rebel group has agreed to withdraw into specified areas and some of its units will be integrated into the national police. He says that the goal in Darfur is that civilians are able to return home and begin their lives. (:38)
